수정 IPA를 이용한 대구수목원 국화전시회 개선방안에 관한 연구

본 연구는 대구수목원 국화전시회 방문에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고, Kano이론에 기반한 수정 IPA를 이용하여 실행요소, 매력요소, 기본요소로 나누어 개선방안을 제시하고자 실시하였다. 현지 설문조사는 2018년대구수목원 국화전시회 방문객 471명을 대상으로 실시하였으며 17가지 측정항목은 ‘전시내용’, ‘서비스’, ‘시설 및인프라’, ‘이벤트’ 항목 등 4가지 요인으로 구분되었다. 4가지 요인 중 ‘전시내용’과 ‘서비스’ 요인의 내재적 중요도가높게 나타났으며 수정 IPA 결과, 1사분면의 지속적 노력이 필요한 속성에는 ‘전시내용’ 요인과 직원 친절성 및주차장 항목이 포함되었다. 또한 매력요소의 2사분면에는 자원봉사, 사전홍보, 안내, 포토존 등 ‘서비스’ 요인이 대부분 포함되어 가장 우선적으로 개선해야 할 요인인 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting visit to the Daegu Arboretum Chrysanthemum Exhibition and to suggest improvement plan by using the Revised Importance-Performance Analysis(Revised IPA) based on Kano’s theory. The survey was conducted on 471 visitors to Daegu Arboretum Chrysanthemum Exhibition in 2018. The 17 items were classified into 4 factors such as ‘exhibition content’, ‘service’, ‘facilities and infrastructure’, ‘other events’. Among the four factors, the implicit importance of ‘exhibition contents’ and ‘service’ factors was high. As a result of the Revised IPA, the first quadrant, which found to be requiring continuous effort. were included ‘exhibition contents’ factor, employee kindness and parking lot items. In addition, the second quadrant of the attractiveness factor showed that ‘service’ factors such as volunteer service, pre-promotion, guide, and photo zone were the most important factors to be improved first.
