본 연구의 목적은 산림복지서비스이용권을 C시 수혜자 대상으로 조사하여 인식도를 연구하였다. C시지역의 수혜자 대상으로 산림복지서비스이용권을 얼마나 알고 있는가를 조사하였고 그에 따른 사회서비스이용권의 인식과 산림복지서비스이용권에 대한 인식의 차이를 알아보고 비교해 보았다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 C시지역에 위치한 주민센터, 장애인센터 등 대상자들이 분포한 지역에서 100명의 연구대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 양적자료는 PASW 18.0통계프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 교차분석, 다중응답분석을 실시하였다.주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 조사대상자의 인구통계학적 특성(연령, 직업군, 수혜자유형)에 따라 산림복지서비스이용권 인식과 홍보인식에 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 조사대상자의 사회서비스이용권의 인식유무(인식, 발행기관, 사용생각, 사용횟수)에 따라 산림복지서비스이용권의 인식에도 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 산림복지서비스이용권을 홍보할 때에 인구통계학적 특성에 맞게 홍보하게 된다면 더 많은 산림복지서비스이용권 수혜자들이 정보를 제공 받을 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the forest welfare service use rights to the beneficiaries of C city City to study the degree of recognition. We investigated how much we knew about forest welfare service use rights to beneficiaries in C city and compared the differences between the recognition of general vouchers and the recognition of forest welfare service use rights accordingly. In order to achieve the research objective, the survey was conducted on 100 research subjects in areas distributed by the subjects, such as the Community Center and the Handicapped Care Center located in the C city area. Quantitative data collected were used in the PASW 18.0 Statistical Programme to perform frequency, cross-reference, and multiple response analyses. The main analysis results are as follows. According to the demographic characteristics of the surveyed people (age, occupational group and beneficiary free type), there were significant differences in the recognition of forest welfare service use rights and promotion awareness. It was also found that the existence of social service use rights of the surveyed people (recognition, issuance, use thinking, number of use cases) affected the recognition of forest welfare service use rights. Therefore, more beneficiaries of forest welfare service use rights will be able to receive information if they are promoted in accordance with demographic characteristics when promoting the right to use forest welfare services.
