호남권 국립산림치유원의 운영 차별화 전략

최근 들어 급속한 고령화에 따라 건강과 삶의 질 향상에 대한 사회적 관심이 높아지면서 치유와 건강증진을 위한 공간으로서의 산림의 기능이 더욱 중요해지고 있다. 이를 위해 대규모 산림치유시설이 호남권에 추가로조성되고 있으며 본 연구에서는 기본 및 운영계획의 전략과 내용에 대해 분석하고자 한다. 호남권 산림치유원은국내에서 두 번째로 조성되는 것으로서 영남권 산림치유원과의 연계성을 유지하면서 동시에 차별화된 시설 및운영전략을 계획하고 있다. 핵심타겟은 치유수요가 높은 중장년과 노년층으로 설정하여 체계화된 치유서비스를제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 치유프로그램을 제공하는 방식을 진단-처방 방식으로 시스템화 하고 이와 동시에우리나라 국민의 치유특성을 빅데이터화하여 활용함으로써 산림치유의 신뢰도를 높이는 전략을 개발하였다. 그리고 임산물 등 자연의 치유자원을 활용하여 치유서비스의 범위를 확대하고자 한 점이 특징이라고 할수 있는데,숲가꾸기 활동을 이용한 작업요법의 도입과 산림텃밭을 이용한 식이요법을 새로이 반영하였다. 시설계획에 있어서는 치유서비스의 효과적 제공과 시설관리의 효율성을 고려하여 주요 시설을 집중 배치하였다. 치유프로램 운영의 핵심적 요소인 숲길은 치유자원에 대한 면밀한 분석과 경사로를 고려한 코스를 설정하고 유기적으로 연계함으로써 활용가능성을 높였다. 계절 및 기상 여건으로 인해 야외활동이 제한되는 경우를 고려하여 다양한 실내치유활동과 이를 지원하기 위한 공간을 시설계획에 포함하였다. 호남권 산림치유원 계획은 지금까지의 산림치유시설과 콘텐츠의 범위를 확대함과 동시에 산림치유의 과학적 체계를 강화하는 안이 담겨 있다는 점에서 의의가있다고 볼수 있다.
Abstract
As forests have been considered as an environmental resources for health promotion and well-being, the 2nd national projects for building large-scale forest healing center was launched in Honam province, southwestern part of Korea. This study was aimed to analyse the strategies for developing master plan of this project. Key customers were ranked to the middle-aged and elderly groups who are in high needs for the therapeutic services based on forests. Systematic approaches were suggested for developing sophisticated service, including diagnosis-prescription system based on the big data of healing information. New attempts were also made to improve the quality of healing programs by using forest gardening, forest management activities and dietary therapy. In land use planning, main buildings were concentrated in core area for improving management efficiency and connectivity of multiple functions among facilities. Forest trails were planned to connect each course and increase the usage of healing program based on the analysis of slope and natural resources. Indoor activities were considered to be important in the situation of bad weather and multi-purpose rooms for indoor healing programs were implemented to master plan. The plans for Honam national forest healing center can be characterized by systemized healing services, expanded healing contents including expert education and integrated facility allocations.
