자연휴양림 방문객의 이용행태에 대한 현장근무자의 의식분석

본 연구는 자연휴양림의 운영관리 계획을 위한 기초자료를 얻고자 현장근무자가 인식하는 자연휴양림방문객의 이용 패턴과 만족도 및 자연휴양림 인식정도 등에 대한 분석을 수행하였다. 자료 수집은 2014년도 한국산림휴양복지학회 연찬회에 참석한 자연휴양림 현장근무자를 대상으로 하였다. 설문내용은 방문객의 자연휴양림에 대한 인지 정도, 방문객의 자연휴양림에 대한 정보 및 접근성, 방문객의 자연휴양림 방문 동기와 목적, 자연휴양림내 참여 활동, 방문객의 자연휴양림 이용만족도, 휴양림에서의 효과적인 체류일수 등에 대한 내용으로 총 11문항으로 구성되었다. 문항에 대한 분석은 PSAW 18.0 통계프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, t-test, 다중응답분석 등을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 자연휴양림은 ‘가족/친지’와 가장 많이 방문하고 주요 정보는 ‘internet’ 을 통해 알아보는 것으로 나타났다. 자연휴양림을 찾는 이유는 일상에서 벗어나 ‘자연환경/경관’을 즐기기 위해서라는 응답이 가장 많았으며, 휴양림에서 가장 선호하거나 적합한 활동은 ‘휴양/휴식’, ‘산책’ 등이라고 응답하였다. 또한 방문객들의 휴양림에서 평균 체류일수는 1박2일이라고 응답하였으나, 가장 선호하거나 적합한 체류일수는 2박3일이라고 생각하는 것으로 나타났다. 자연휴양림 서비스관리에 대한 현장근무자의 의식은 서비스관리의 영역에 따라 현장경력에 따른 응답차이를 보였다.
Abstract
This study was conducted to assess the awareness of field workers at natural recreation forest about users’ behavior patterns and satisfaction level and to provide a basic data on the operational management plan of natural recreation forest. This study collected data from those field managers of natural recreation forests, who participated in the year 2014 annual workshop of the Korea Institute of Forest Recreation and Welfare. The content of the survey questionnaire consists of a total of 11 items, including visitors’ awareness level about natural recreation forest, visitors’ information and access to natural recreation forest, visitors’ motive and purpose to visit natural recreation forest, the appropriate number of days of stay. For analysis of the question items, the PSAW 18.0 statistical program was used to conduct the descriptive statistics, t-test, and multiple-response analysis. According to the analysis results, visitors are the most often accompanied by ‘family members/relatives,’ and the ‘Internet’ is the most frequent source of information. The number one reason for visiting natural recreation forest among the respondents is to enjoy ‘natural environment/landscape.’ Also, their average number of days of stay was 2 days and 1 night, but the respondents agreed that the most preferred and appropriate number of days of stay was 3 days and 2 nights. And, in terms of field workers’ awareness about service management at natural recreation forest, those surveyed showed varying and different responses depending on the domain of their service management and the period of their service sector careers.
