전통 음식 조리서의 핵심어 연구 - 조선무쌍신식요리제법을 중심으로

본 연구는 음식 조리서라는 특정 장르를 대상으로 핵심어를 추출하고 그결과를 논의하였다. 또 국어사 자료 말뭉치를 이용하여 음운론적 연구를 진행하는 방법을 모색하였다. 그러나 대상 말뭉치로 활용한 『조선무쌍신식요리제법』은 개인에 의해 집필된 하나의 텍스트라는 뚜렷한 한계를 가진다. 따라서 이 결과를 당시의 언어 현상 전반을 이해하는 기준으로 제시하기는어렵다. 또 핵심어를 추출함에 있어 원본 자료를 가공한 말뭉치를 사용하지않고 현대어로 바꾼 말뭉치를 활용하였다. 이는 원본 자료를 가공한 말뭉치를 대표화하는 데 시간과 노력이 필요하고 참조 말뭉치로 활용할 대규모 말뭉치가 존재하지 않기 때문에 선택한 어쩔 수 없는 한계점이다. 이를 극복하기 위해서는 다양한 장르의 국어사 자료 말뭉치가 구축되고 형태 분석은 물론 대표화까지 이루어져야 한다. 이러한 작업은 개별 연구자의 노력만으로성취하기는 어려움이 있다. 국어사 자료 말뭉치를 활용하여 진행될 다른 연구들을 기대하며 본 연구를 마치고자 한다.
Abstract
The aim of this research is to identifythe characteristics of the text, 『조선무쌍신식요리제법』, by analyzingkeywords of it and comparing to the traditional recipe books. Therehave been a few attempts to analyze the keywords in an aspect ofKorean language-oriented quantitative research in recent years, butlittle research has been carried out with keywords in order to usea historical corpus of Korean or to interpret phonological phenomenon. Therefore, the detailed aims of this research are as follows:First, this research seeks methods for the Korean historical studies usingcorpus. A few researches have suggested some methods, but they havelimitations on data processing and lemmatization. This researchlemmatizes the historical word forms contained within the target textusing contemporary word forms in order to extract the keywords bycomparing to the reference corpus, the large general written corpusof modern Korean. Second, this research deals with corpus for phonological study. Mainly,corpus have been used for the studies in Morphology, Syntax, andSemantics. However, in order to utilize corpus for phonologicalstudies, the corpus must be constructed with spoken data or writtendata which are applied an orthography reflecting the pronunciation of the age. 조선무쌍신식요리제법 is a significant historical materialthat presents various descriptions reflecting pronunciations of the time. This research figures out a vowel fronting through the keywordsextracted from the texts.
