자연환경 속에서 여가 및 위락활동은 개인의 정서적 안정 및 삶의 만족도 향상에 긍정적인 기여를 하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국립공원 내 문화유산지구를 방문한 탐방객을 대상으로 공원문화유산지구 서비스 속성이 탐방객 행동의도에 미치는 영향 관계를 탐방객 자기 기입식 설문조사를 통해 분석하였다. 공원문화유산지구의 서비스 속성 중 인적·환경적·전통문화 서비스가 탐방객 만족도에 유의한 영향 관계가 나타났다. 공원문화유산지구의 서비스 속성 요인들 중 특히, ‘전통문화서비스’ 요인이 탐방객 만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.결론적으로 국립공원 문화유신지구의 서비스 속성이 탐방객 행동의도와의 구조적인 영향관계가 확인되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 국립공원 내 문화유산지구에서의 탐방 활동간의 제한적인 구조관계를 규명하였으나, 향후 공원문화유산지구의 다양한 물리적, 생태적, 사회적 속성들과 사회적 행위 간 상호관계의 체계적 구조화를 통한 문화유산지구의 가치에 대한 심도 있는 접근이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.
Abstract
Leisure or tourism activities based on natural resources can help individuals decrease daily stresses and improve their quality of life. The aim of this study was to examine the relationships between service attributes of park cultural heritage district and visitor behavior in national park. The results of this study indicated that there was significant relationships between service attributes of park cultural heritage district and visitor behavior. Additionally, there was a positive structural relationships among service attributes of park cultural heritage district, visitor satisfaction, and repeat visit intention. Future research is needed to identify values of park cultural heritage district through the interactions among physical, ecological, social resources in national parks.
