韓国の日本語教育における会話教材の現状―2016年～2023年に出版された日本語会話教材を中心として―

本研究では、コミュニケーション能力を重視している現在の日本語教育の現状を踏まえ、日本語教材の中でも日本語会話教材を対象とし、現状を把握することを目的とした。韓国で出版された日本語会話教材の中でも、2016年～2023年の8年間にわたり出版された教材を対象とし、韓国のインターネット書籍サイトである「教保文庫」を用い、調査をし、分析及び考察を行った。その結果、情勢の変化によって出版総冊数が左右されることがわかった。また、長原成功(2014)の研究では見られなかった様々な職務会話を目的とする教材が登場しており、「留学」を目的として会話教材、YOUTUBERが出版した教材、興味誘発を伴う動機付けが強化された教材など、様々な教材が開発されていることがわかった。本研究を通し、今後教材開発の方向性としては、学習者の様々なニーズに応えるためには、「旅行」「就職」「留学」などを目的とする教材の開発とコンテンツなどを生かした興味誘発と動機付けが可能な教材開発が求められる。
Abstract
The study aims to understand the current status of Japanese language education, which emphasizes communication skills, targeting Japanese conversation textbooks. Among the Japanese conversation textbooks published in Korea, textbooks published over the eight years between 2016 and 2023 were investigated, analyzed, and considered using the Korean Internet book website “Kyobo Bookstore”. The total number of publications depended on changes in the situation. In addition, textbooks aiming to improve work-related conversations which were not found in Nagahara’s (2014) study, are emerging, and various textbooks are being developed such as conversation textbooks for studying abroad, textbooks published by YouTubers, and textbooks with enhanced motivation and interest. Result show that, in order to meet learners’ needs, textbooks must be developed for the purpose of “travel”, “employment”, and “study abroad” and with the goal of inducing interest and motivating students through the textbooks’ content.
