This paper examined generally existing studies about paragraph. A problem of existing studies is a application of untouched basic principals of rhetoric at a paragraph study. This overlooked that basic foundation of rhetoric is a oral language. Also meaning and form of paragraph at a text is disregarded because only one paragraph formation is a focus. This paper studied a teaching-learning content and method of paragraph with the problem awareness and my existing studies. It is divided with broadly a local coherence and global coherence, narrowly four methods. Paragraph formation by sentence binding and discourse makers is included at a local coherence, paragraph cognition by meaning hierarchy and paragraph construction-integration by information accretion-reduction are included at a global coherence. By the teaching-learning methods and contents, students could cognize a part and whole aspects of paragraph. Also students need not to adapt a fixed form of paragraph, they will use a paragraph as a dynamic communication unit.
