Collocation is an important concept not only in general linguistics but also in language learning & teaching. In this paper, we selected two Korean textbooks for foreigners (Level 1 & Level 2) and analyzed collocational phenomena that aaaaincluded in those textbooks.ationathose two textbooks, we extracted 10 nost faaquent adjectives for each textbook and analyzed the collocation phenomena for those adjectives. For scientific analyses of collocational phenomena in those textbooks, we used collocation scores that numerically represent collocational phenomena. In the analyses, we used, as an analyzing tool, NLPTools for Corpus Experts. We found that collocation was not select the language of intuition but looked up collocation in textbook through statistical system.
