In this paper, two poems by Li Bai(李白) were translated and reviewed. The first poem can be divided into four paragraphs. The first paragraph describes the beauty of the woman’s dress and appearance in phrases 1 through 4. The second paragraph, from the 5th to the 8th, describes that a woman with outstanding beauty was slandered by others, and she was kicked out after her lover’s affection changed. The third paragraph, from the 9th to the 14th, describes the situation in which the woman spends days of worry and suffering after being kicked out and sheds tears. In the last paragraph, from the 15th to the last phrase, she begs not to be abandoned because she is still lovely and has a pretty appearance. The second poem can also be divided into four paragraphs. The first paragraph, from the 1st to the 12th, described Lu Tiao(陸調)’s family and decent appearance. In particular, from the 1st to the 6th, the family of the Lu’s clan was highly praised. The second paragraph, from the 13th to the 20th, describes the situation in which Lu Tiao rescued Li Bai himself when he was in trouble at the North Gate(北門). The third paragraph, from the 21st to the 28th, describes Lu Tiao as the county magistrate of Jiangyang(江陽), where he is admired for his political prowess. The fourth paragraph, from the 29th to the last phrase, describes his wish to go to Jiangyang and get drunk and have fun together.
