Abstract
This study focuses on the 40~50s who have been adapting or responding in the reconstructed area in relation to the influence of government policies that amplify the market power in the era of global opening, and analyze how they take part in plural activity differently. The formation of new peasantries group is a process under way and figuration existence, and the peasantries want to go beyond the limits of the means of production and labor through his relations. According to this research analysis, changes of the peasantries in the era of global liberalization require a shift to a new social arrangement in which peasantries could live beyond the academic understanding of peasant principle. In a society where entrepreneur principle is regulated, peasantries are not easy to escape from the circle of circulation while recognizing the trajectory of development and survival. The majority of peasantries are likely to repeat the complicated frame linked peasant farming and entrepreneur farming even if they reach the limit. Therefore, I would like to suggest practical and policy implications that contribute to the change of the peasantries' reality as well as the academic understanding. First, the analytical level for peasantries should be able to examine the differences between individuals and organizations, farming patterns, and capital composition beyond existing class/stratum unit. It should be able to buffer from the composition which is equally competing in the high wave leaning field of the rising market. Second, In the practical level, the local area is an alternative to the global problems. Peasantries do not exist only as the defensive or beneficiary contexts, but engage in multi-faceted relationships with flexible farming. It is also possible to regenerate the community through its plural activities at a personal or collective level, overcoming the constraints of capital and labor power. It is necessary that the society in which the peasantries could live is needed. Third, it is necessary to seek institutional change for new peasantries who are in charge of rebuilding local agriculture of production and distribution organizations, creating vitality of local community. When 40s~50s are able to continue to live a life, deviating from the vicious cycle of scaling, meanwhile, it is possible to present a different prospect to the young peasantries who are looking for rural migration.
