본 연구의 목적은 2003년 2월 출범한 참여정부가 추진해 온 전자정부 사업성과에 대한 평가를 정리하고 이를 토대로 향후 우리나라 전자정부가 한 단계 더 성숙한 단계로 발전하기 위해서 고려해야 할 과제와 발전방향을 제시하고자 하는 데 있다. 본 연구에서 제시하고 있는 향후 전자정부 발전 과제들은 전자정부와 정부혁신의 연계성 강화, 조정과 통제의 메카니즘 확립, 민관협력 및 실질적인 참여적 민주주의 서비스 구현, 행정정보 공유 확대, 전자정부 서비스 이용활성화 강화 등이다.
Abstract
In 2007, the current government's 31 e-government roadmap projects had completed or have been in the phase of completion, and the next generation e-government plan is being in the shaping process. The purpose of this paper analyzes e-government results in participation government and on this analyzes base, this paper suggests developmental subjects of next e-government : First, the strengthening connection of electronic government and government innovation, Second, the establishment of coordination and control in e-Government. Third, the realization of e- governance in citizen-oriented, Finally, this paper suggests the revitalization of e-government service use and the reinforcement of information security
