제4차 산업혁명이 경제와 산업, 교육과 미래 직업전망 분야에서 화두로 등장하고 있다. 제4차 산업혁명의 핵심기술인 IoT, Bigdata, FinTech, Drone, AI, 자율주행자동차 등 신기술의 생활화와 경제성장 동력의 활성화를 위한 제도적 기반구축이 절실하다. 이대로 방치할 경우, 자칫 사회･경제적 혼란과 함께 법률적, 도덕적 혼란초래가 우려된다. 한국의 정보화는 괄목할 만한 성장과 혁신을 이루었다. 하지만 이러한 정보화경험이 제4차 산업혁명으로 이어질지 회의감이 크다. 이러한 문제인식의 바탕에서 본 연구는 제4차 산업혁명에 대응하여 한국적 상황과 여건에 맞는 제도화방안 모색하고자 한다. 기존 제도화모형의 바탕에서 제4차 산업혁명의 가치와 안정성 확보를 위한 창조적 방향과 전략을 제시하고자 한다.
Abstract
The Fourth Industrial Revolution is emerging as a hot topic in the fields of economy, industry, education and future job prospects. It is urgent to establish an institutional basis for the activation of new technologies such as IoT, Bigdata, FinTech, Drone, AI, autonomous driving car, which are key technologies of the 4th Industrial Revolution, and activation of economic growth engines. If left unattended, social and economic disruption will be a concern. There is concern about legal and moral confusion. Korea's informatization has achieved remarkable growth and innovation. However, there is a great sense of skepticism that this informationization experience will lead to the fourth industrial revolution. Based on the recognition of these problems, this study seeks to find institutionalization measures in accordance with the Korean situation and circumstances in response to the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Based on the existing institutionalization model, we propose the direction and strategy to secure the value and stability of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
