수퍼바이지의 발달수준, 수퍼비전 기대수준, 지각된 수퍼비전 스타일이 수퍼비전 만족도에 미치는 영향

초록

본 연구는 수퍼비전 만족도에 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상되는 수퍼바이지의 발달수준, 수퍼비전 기대수준, 지각된 수퍼비전 스타일의 관계를 살펴보고자 한다. 연구대상은 최근 6개월 이내에 한 명의 수퍼바이저로부터 최소한 3회 이상 개인 수퍼비전을 받았거나, 받고 있는 조건에 부합되는 수퍼바이지들 299명이었다. 이들 연구대상들에게 연구 변인들에 대한 설문지를 실시하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 18.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 수퍼비전 기대수준과 수퍼바이지 발달수준은 지각된 수퍼비전 스타일에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지각된 수퍼비전 스타일은 수퍼비전 기대수준, 수퍼바이지 발달수준과 수퍼비전 만족도 사이에서 완전 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 각 변인 간의 관계를 토대로 수퍼비전 만족도를 설명하는 모형을 설정하고 그 적합도를 검증하였다.

Abstract

This study intended to determine whether supervisee level of development, supervision expectation, and perceived style of supervision influence the supervisee’s overall supervision satisfaction. To achieve this, a survey was conducted with 299 supervisees currently receiving or have received a minimum of 3 individual supervision sessions from one supervisor within the past six months, in a college counseling setting. Collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 18.0 and Amos 18.0 programs. Results and implications of the study are as follows. First, the level of supervision expectation and supervisee level of development influenced the perceived style of supervision. Second, the perceived style of supervision acted as a complete mediator between supervision expectation, supervisee development, and supervision satisfaction. Third, the model validity explaining supervision satisfaction in relation to these variables was examined.
