정보통신기술(ICT)을 이용한 회계학의 자기주도학습의 교수법에 대한 연구

초록

본 연구는 ICT를 이용한 교수수업방법이 학업성취도 및 수업만족도에 영향을 미침으로써 학생들의 자기주도적 학습이 향상되는가를 조사하는 데 있다. 본 연구를 요약하면, 첫째, ICT를 이용한 교수수업방법은 학업성취도와 수업만족도에 통계적으로 유의한 양(＋)의 강한 영향을 미친다. 마찬가지로 학업성취도는 수업만족도에 통계적으로 유의한 양(＋)의 강한 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 교수수업방법이 학업성취도를 매개로 하여 수업만족도에 영향을 미치는 모든 효과는 유의하였다. 따라서 교수수업방법이 유의할수록 수업만족도도 높고, 학업성취도가 수업만족도에 영향을 미치는 직접효과와 전체효과는 유의하였으므로 학업성취도가 높을수록 수업만족도도 높았다는 결론을 얻었다. 따라서 교수수업방법은 학업성취도와 수업만족도에 영향을 미치고, 학업성취도는 수업만족도에 영향을 미친다는 이전의 연구결과와 본 연구의 실증결과와 일치하는 것을 확인하였다. 시사점으로 첫째, ICT를 통해 학생들의 동기를 유발하여 적극적인 학습 참여를 유도할 수 있다. 둘째, ICT를 통해 학생들이 유용한 정보를 수집하고 회계학의 학습과 관련된 웹사이트를 방문하여 자기주도적 학습능력을 향상시킬 수 있다. 셋째, ICT를 통해 학생들은 회계학의 학습경험이 누적되어 새로운 학습방법을 다양하게 습득할 수 있다. 넷째, ICT를 통해 회계학에 대한 학생들의 이해력을 향상시키고, 사고의 폭을 넓혀 문제해결능력을 향상시킬 수 있다. 다섯째, ICT 교수수업방법이 활성화되기 위해서는 이에 적합한 보충시설, 지속적인 시설관리 및 학업성취도 등에 따른 세분화된 후속연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

Abstract

This study is to investigate whether the self－regulated learning was improved after the teaching method had a strong influence on the academic achievement and the learning satisfaction using the Information Communication Technology(ICT). The results of this study can be summarized as follows：First, the teaching method using ICT has statistically significant positive impacts on the academic achievement and the learning satisfaction. And the academic achievement affects a statistically significance on the learning satisfaction as well. Second, the teaching method, through the medium of the academic achievement, exerts a statistically significantly positive influence on the learning satisfaction and then all effects are statistically significant. Thus, the more the teaching method is significant, the more the learning satisfaction is high. And the direct and total effect are significant because the academic achievement affects statistically the learning satisfaction. As for stronger the teaching method and greater the academic achievement are concurrent with better the learning satisfaction, so it has consequently concluded that better the teaching method led to stronger the learning satisfaction. Thus, the teaching method influences the academic achievement and learning satisfaction and the academic achievement affects the learning satisfaction with the results of previous research consistent with the results of this study demonstrated is confirmed. As implications, first, students can be motivated by active learning using ICT. Second, students are allowed to gather useful and available information and relevant website for learning and self－directed learning skills to be improved in accounting with ICT. Third, accounting students' learning experience can be accumulated with a wide variety of new learning methods through ICT. Fourth, the students’ comprehension can be improved in problem－solving capabilities of accounting with ICT. Fifth, in order to be suitable for such supplementary facilities, the academic achievement and the ongoing facilities management, follow－up studies should be made.
