Abstract
This paper discusses about the terms and condition of Busan to become a World City. A World City is a city playing the function of international business, a headquarter function of internarional finance and banking, legal and accounting service, multinational cooperations, logistics and transportation and human resources. If Busan is recognized as a world city it means Busan satisfies the necessary and sufficient conditions for development and economic growth since the world city is known to be most advanced in every respects in the world. Busan is not reconnized as a world city yet. However setting a goal to become a world city is the most plausible development strategy in the future.
