도농지역 지방자치단체의 교육실험과 교육공동체 형성 가능성의 관계에 관한 연구

Abstract

This article explores how an Integrated-Education-Program supported by Wanju-Gun(Wanju district), a local government unit, is related to the construction of education community naturally. I would like to explore and clarify the three aspects as follows under the analysis of Integrated-Education-Program in Wanju-Gun. Firstly, I will discuss whether educational subjects such as teachers, parents, students and local residents for a new educational experiment Integrated-Education-Program, eventually, it can create a new form of education community or not. Secondly, I will point out some problems which are revealed in this process and I also suggest some alternatives for the problems. Lastly, I will discuss what the role of the center for Integrated-Education-Program for steadier making education to the community. In conclusion, a new form of education community is constructed while teachers, parents and local residents are gathered for their students by the new experiment of a local government. It, however, is true that there are disharmonies because of each groups have different interests in this process. In order to overcome these problems and make steady education community, the center for Integrated-Education-Program should concentrate on their own role as a mediator or a supporting institution.
