광주광역시 기혼 장애인과 비장애인이 인지하는 성 태도에 관한 연구 - 교육수준과 성 의식의 상호작용 중심으로 -

본 연구에서는 장애인이 인식하고 있는 성에 대한 태도와 비장애인이 인식하고 있는 성에 대한 태도를 비교 분석하여 장애인의 성의식에서 나타나는 성적 불만족과 부부갈등을 최소화하여 기혼 장애인의 성교육과 상담의 기초자료를 제공하기 위한 목적으로 연구되었다. 연구방법은 광주광역시 내 거주자를 설문조사하여 회수된 278부로 분석을 실시하였다. 연구내용은 장애인은 성의식과 교육은 의미가 있었으나, 비장애인은 성에대한 인식과 교육이 의미가 있었다. 즉 비장애인은 성 태도에 대해 교육수준은 의미가 없지만, 장애인은 교육수준이 의미가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과 광주지역에서 장애인들에 대한 성교육이 제대로 진행되고 있지 못하다는 것을 알 수 있다. 장애인들의 성에 대한 생리적 측면과 인권의 측면에서만 성교육이 진행되고 있으며, 주로 정신장애나 발달장애인들에게만 성교육이 이루어지고 있다는 것이다. 따라서 어린 장애인들을 위한 성교육도 필요하지만 성인을 위해서 결혼과 성생활에 대한 교육이 필요하다는 것을 보여주고 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to provide basic data on sex education and counseling for married people by comparing and analyzing attitudes toward sex recognized by the disabled and attitudes recognized by the non-disabled to minimize sexual dissatisfaction and marital conflict. The research method was analyzed in 278 copies recovered from a survey of residents in Gwangju Metropolitan City. The contents of the study showed that sexual awareness and education for the disabled was meaningful, but for the non-disabled, gender awareness and education were meaningful. In other words, the level of education for non-disabled people is meaningless, but the level of education for disabled people is meaningful. As a result, it can be seen that sex education for the disabled is not being carried out properly in Gwangju. It is said that sex education is conducted only in terms of physiological and human rights of the disabled, and sexual education is mainly conducted only for those with mental or developmental disabilities. Therefore, sex education is needed for young disabled people, but it shows that education on marriage and sex life is necessary for adults.
