초록
역사적으로 새로운 기술은 사회를 변화시켰다. 그러나 인공지능은 철도, 전기, 전화와 같은 이전의 기술과 다르다. 왜냐하면 인공지능은 인간의 지능이 필요하지 않고 스스로 작동하는 기계이기 때문이다. 인공지능의 발전은 사회의 모든 분야를 혁명적으로 변화시키고 있다. 특히 인공지능은 정치의 물적 조건과 지적 조건을 변화시켜 권력구조의 이동과 새로운 정치활동의 계기를 제공하고 있다. 인공지능은 다양한 정치과정의 변화, 정치적 갈등 및 문제점을 야기할 수 있다. 본 논문은 인공지능이 정치와 사회에 끼치는 변화상을 예측하고 미래에 발생할 다양한 이슈를 진단하고자 한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 4가지 시나리오, 1) 사이보그 정치, 2) 초인공지능 정치, 3) 증강 정치, 4) 알고리즘 정치를 각각 제시하였다. 또한 4개의 시나리오는 인공지능 혁명의 시대의 미래 정치에 대한 포스트휴먼적 상상력을 극대화하기 위하여 위계체계, 사회, 기술, 경제, 정치체제, 정치담론, 정치활동, 정치인, 미래이슈 등의 측면에서 살펴보았다.
Abstract
Historically, new technology has changed society. But artificial intelligence is different from previous technologies such as railways, electricity and telephones. Because artificial intelligence is a machine that does not require human intelligence and works on its own. The development of artificial intelligence is revolutionizing every sector of society. In particular, artificial intelligence is changing the physical and intellectual conditions of politics, providing an opportunity for the shift in power structure and new political activities. Artificial intelligence can cause a variety of political process, political conflicts and problems. This paper tries to forecast the changes of artificial intelligence in politics and society and diagnose various issues that will occur in the future. To achieve this goal, we presented four scenarios, 1) cyborg politics, 2) super artificial intelligence politics, 3) augmented politics, and 4) algorithm politics, respectively. In addition, the four scenarios were examined in terms of hierarchy, society, technology, economy, political system, political discourse, political activities, politicians and future issues in order to maximize the posthuman imagination of future politics in the era of artificial intelligence revolution.
