본 연구는 2012-2025년 국내 성인학습자 교양교육 연구 61편을 키워드 네트워크 분석으로 탐색한 결과, 최근 5년간 LiFE 사업·코로나19 영향으로 연구가 급증하며 고등교육의 평생학습 전환과 연계되었음을 확인되었다. 중심 키워드 분석에서 '성인학습자', '평생교육', '전담단과대학‘ 등이 중심 주제로 도출되었으며, 연결중심성 '평생교육'이 네트워크 핵심축 역할을 하였다. 하위 군집 분석 결과 실무-인문 통합교육, 디지털 교수환경, 기초역량 강화, 지역평생교육 제도화의 4개 영역이 도출되어, 맞춤형 교육 설계와 제도적 지원의 필요성이 제기된다.
Abstract
This study analyzed 61 domestic research papers on liberal arts education for adult learners published between 2012 and 2025 using keyword network analysis. The results revealed a surge in research over the past five years, driven by the Lifelong Education System Support Project(LiFE) and the impact of COVID-19, aligning with the transition toward lifelong learning in higher education. Key keywords such as "adult learners," "lifelong education," and "dedicated colleges" emerged as central themes, with "lifelong education" demonstrating the highest betweenness centrality, indicating its pivotal role in the network. Sub-network cluster analysis identified four domains: integrated practical and humanities education, digital teaching-learning environments, competency-based educational outcomes, and institutionalization of regional lifelong education systems. These findings highlight the need for tailored educational designs and systemic policy support to address the diverse needs of adult learners.
