본 연구는 유아의 협동심 증진을 도모하고, 유아교육 현장에서 보다 효율적으로 접근할 수 있는 협동활동 프로그램을 구성하여 이를 실제적으로 적용해 봄으로써 그에 대한 효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 국내․외 관련 논문 및 자료들의 문헌고찰을 토대로 만 5세 유아의 협동활동 프로그램을 개발하였으며, 개발된 협동활동 프로그램이 유아의 학습 관련 사회적 기술, 언어표현능력, 정서지능에 미치는 효과를 검증하였다. 결론적으로 본 연구에서 개발된 협동활동 프로그램은 유아의 학습 관련 사회적 기술, 언어적 표현능력 및 정서지능을 증진시킨 것으로 나타났다. 뿐만 아니라 유아의 전인적 발달을 도모할 수 있는 대안적 모델을 제시하는 교육프로그램으로서의 적용가능성을 시사하고 있다.
Abstract
The objective of this study is to implement a cooperative activity program designed for enhancing young children's cooperation and approaching the field of early childhood education more efficiently, and to assess its effects by applying the program. For this purpose, we developed a cooperative activity program for five-year-old children based on literature review of domestic and foreign research papers and materials on cooperative activities. In addition, the effects of the cooperative activity program was tested by analyzing how the program affected young children's learning-related social skills, language expression ability, and emotional intelligence. In conclusion, the cooperative activity program developed in this study was found to be conductive to enhancing young children's learning-related social skills, language expression ability, and emotional intelligence. Furthermore, the results of this study proved the applicability of the program as an educational program, suggesting that it can be an alternative model for children's all around development.
