예비유아교사의 유아문학교육을 위한 협동교수학습 모형의 개발 및 효과

초록

본 연구는 예비유아교사의 유아문학교육을 위한 협동교수학습 모형을 개발하여 적용해 봄으로써 그에 대한 효과를 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 국내․외 관련 논문 및 자료들에 대한 문헌 고찰을 토대로 협동교수학습 모형의 시안을 구성하였고, 전문가와의 협의를 통해 내용적합성 검토를 하고 그에 따른 수정을 하였다. 그리고 본 실험연구에 들어가기 전에 모형 적용의 적합성을 알아보기 위해 D대학 유아교육과에서 2007년 1학기에 개설한 유아문학교육 수업시간에 본 연구의 모형을 한 학기동안 예비로 적용한 후, 수정 과정을 거쳤다. 그 후 D대학 유아교육과에서 2008년 1학기에 개설한 유아문학교육 수업시간에 개발한 협동교수학습 모형을 한 학기 동안 적용하여 본 실험연구를 실시하였다. 실험 결과 예비유아교사의 유아문학교육을 위해 개발된 협동교수학습 모형은 예비유아교사의 학업성취도, 학습태도, 교우관계, 문학교수효능감을 증진시키는 데 효과적인 것으로 나타났다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop, apply and evaluate the effectiveness of a model cooperative learning/teaching early childhood literature education program for preservice early childhood teachers. After an extensive review of the literature focusing on domestic and overseas dissertations and materials in the area, a teaching-learning model, consisting of both a theory class and a practicum class, was drafted, and tested for a semester in 2007 at D college. It was then reviewed and revised in consultation with early childhood experts. The revised model was then applied to an early children literature education class in the first semester of 2008 at the same college. Evaluation of the application of the revised model reveals that this cooperative teaching-learning model was highly effective in improving academic achievement, learning attitudes, peer relationships and literature teaching efficacy for the preservice teachers in the study and can be used effectively in preservice early childhood literature education.
