예비유아교사의 디지털 테크놀로지 역량과 테크노스트레스가 디지털 테크놀로지 수용 의도와 활용에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 예비유아교사의 디지털 테크놀로지 역량, 테크노스트레스, 디지털 테크놀로지 수용 의도와 활용 빈도 간 관계를 탐색 및 영향력을 알아보고자 했다. 이를 위해 전국 3, 4년제 유아교육과에 재학 중인 1~4학년 예비유아교사 220명을 대상으로 수집된 자료를 SPSS 21.0을 사용해 Pearson의 상관관계분석, 단계적 중다회귀분석을 실시했다. 연구 결과, 디지털 테크놀로지 역량 수준이 높은 예비유아교사는 디지털 테크놀로지의 수용 의도나 활용 빈도가 높은 편이었고, 디지털 테크놀로지 활용 빈도가 높은 예비유아교사의 경우, 테크노스트레스 수준이 높은 편이었다. 또한, 디지털 페다고지, 디지털 시민성이 높을수록, 테크노 불안감과 테크노 침해 수준이 낮을수록 디지털 테크놀로지 수용 의도에 영향력을 시사하며, 디지털 페다고지가 높을수록, 테크노 침해 수준이 높을수록 디지털 테크놀로지 활용 빈도에 영향력이 있음을 알 수 있다. 이러한 결과는 향후 디지털 테크놀로지 관련 경험 지원 맥락에 기초자료를 제공할 수 있다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다.
Abstract
This study aimed to explore the relationship and influence among pre-service early childhood teachers’ digital technology competency, technostress, intention to accept digital technology, and frequency of use. To achieve this, data were collected from 220 preservice early childhood teachers enrolled in 3-4 year long education programs across the country, spanning their 1st to 4th years of study. The data were analyzed using Pearson’s correlation and stepwise multiple regression analyses with SPSS 21.0. The results revealed that pre-service teachers with higher levels of digital technology competency were more likely to have a stronger intention to accept and frequently use digital technology. The teachers who used digital technology more frequently tended to experience higher levels of technostress. Furthermore, higher levels of digital pedagogy and digital citizenship were found to positively influence the intention to accept digital technology, while lower levels of techno-anxiety and techno-invasion were associated with a stronger intention to accept. Finally, higher levels of digital pedagogy and increased techno-invasion were found to influence the frequency of digital technology use. The result is significant because it can provide a foundational basis for future research on supporting experiences related to digital technologies.
