论中国（上海）自由贸易试验区的金融改革

中国（上海）自由贸易试验区是中国深化改革、扩大开放的主要举措，也是中国市场化发展的重要内容。在中国市场化发展进程中，金融直接关系到市场化的进程成败，因此，在市场化进程中，金融领域一直被认为是最为保守的领域，因而，稳健的金融政策是中国近年来金融体制改革中主基调。本文将分析中国设立中国（上海）自由贸易试验区的背景，在此基础上，提出自由贸易实验区金融改革所涉及的人民币国际化、利率市场化、汇率市场化和资本项目可兑换等四个领域，进而提出法治化是中国（上海）自由贸易试验区的根本保障，也是中国市场与国际市场衔接的保障。
Abstract
China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone marks a major milestone in the nation's commitment to forge ahead with domestic reforms and wider opening to world markets and also play a role in developing Chinese markets. In the process of developing Chinese markets, the financial market is directly related to the success or failure of the process and in this process, the financial sector has been considered the most conservative areas. Therefore, Prudent financial policies become the dominant of reforming financial system in recent years. This paper will analyze the background of establishing China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone，and on this basis, putting forward four areas including the internationalization of the RMB, the marketization of interest rate and exchange rate marketization and capital account convertibility, which involved in financial reform of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, and then proposed that the rule of law a fundamental guarantee of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone as well as a guarantee of convergence between Chinese and international market.
