본 연구는 교수설계 경험이 제한적인 대학 교수자가 생성형 AI를 활용하여 효과적으로 수업을 설계할 수 있도록 지원하는 실천적 가이드라인을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 선행문헌 고찰과 전문가 5명 대상 FGI를 통해 실증적 기초자료를 확보하고 가이드라인 초안을 도출하였다. 이후 교육공학 박사 15명을 대상으로 2차에 걸친 델파이 조사를 실시하여 내적 타당화를 수행하였으며, 대학 교수자 3명을 대상으로 사용성 검토를 진행하여 외적 타당화를 실시하였다. 최종적으로 ADDIE 모형의 각 단계별로 분석 9개, 설계 14개, 개발 10개, 실행 4개, 평가 5개, 총 42개의 가이드라인을 개발하였다. 개발된 가이드라인을 중심으로 교수설계의 효과성, 효율성, 매력성 향상 측면에서 기대효과를 제시하였다. 또한 델파이 조사 과정에서 도출된 전문가 의견을 바탕으로 생성형 AI 활용 시 교수자 주도권 확보와 문화적 다양성 고려의 필요성을 논의하였다.
Abstract
This study aimed to develop practical guidelines to support university instructors with limited instructional design experience in effectively designing courses using generative AI. To achieve this, an initial draft of guidelines was developed through a review of literature and a focus group interview (FGI) with five experts. Subsequently, internal validation was conducted through two rounds of Delphi surveys with 15 experts in the field of educational technology, and external validation was performed through usability reviews with three university instructors. Finally, 42 guidelines were developed based on the ADDIE model. The expected effects of the developed guidelines were presented in terms of enhancing the effectiveness, efficiency, and appeal of instructional design. Additionally, based on expert opinions derived from the Delphi survey process, the necessity of securing instructor autonomy and considering cultural diversity when using generative AI was discussed.
