본 연구는 직장 내 장애인 인식개선 교육의 핵심 요소인 강사의 역할을 강화하고 궁극적으로 교육의 효과성을 높이기 위해, 전문 강사에 대한 평가지표를 개발하고, 적용가능성을 알아보고자 함이 목적이다. 선행연구 검토와 현장 실무자 10명을 대상으로 한 포커스 그룹 인터뷰(FGI)와 전 문가 자문을 통해 평가지표 초안을 개발한 후, 217명의 전문 강사를 대상으로 각 지표별 필요성 을 질문하고 이를 바탕으로 최종 평가지표를 도출, 적용가능성을 확인하였다. 그 결과, 강의 준비 의 충실성에서 7개, 강의 전달의 적절성에서 10개, 강사 태도의 성실성에서 4개, 콘텐츠 구성력 에서 12개의 세부 지표가 도출되었으며, 평가 등급 부여를 위한 기준도 마련되었다. 본 연구는 직장 내 장애인 인식개선 교육 전문 강사 평가를 위한 최초의 평가지표를 개발하고 그 타당성을 검증하였으며, 향후 강사의 역할 강화 및 교육의 내실화를 위한 방향을 제시한다는 점에서 그 의 의가 있다.
Abstract
This study aims to enhance the effectiveness of workplace disability awareness education by strengthening the role of certified instructors through the development and validation of evaluation indicators. Based on a review of prior studies, focus group interviews with ten field practitioners, and expert consultations, a preliminary set of indicators was constructed. A survey was then administered to 217 certified instructors to assess the necessity of each item, serving as the basis for the final validation process. The resulting framework comprises 32 sub-indicators across four domains: Thoroughness of Lecture Preparation (7 items), Appropriateness of Lecture Delivery (10 items), Sincerity of Instructor Attitude (4 items), and Content Organization Skills (12 items). Evaluation grading criteria were also established. As the first validated evaluation tool for certified instructors in this field, this study contributes to improving instructional quality and guiding future development of in- structor standards by demonstrating its applicability.
