This paper aims at researching about the 8th grade Korean textbook which was published by the 7th Korean education curriculum(revised version) in 2007. The textbook is a teaching and learning material that embodies the intention and content of the curriculum. It takes an important role in the domain of education. We have used a kind of Korean textbook provided government-published textbook, the 7th Korean education curriculum, since 2000. But we will select a new kind of textbook from 23 kinds of Korean textbooks last year. And, we will select a new kind of textbook from 15 kinds of Korean textbooks this year. So I studied the grammar domain that is a part of Korean education curriculum of 2007 revised version in Chapter Ⅱ. Second, in chapter Ⅲ, I am researching about aspects of the authorized textbook that has expressed five achievement standards established by the Korean education curriculum of 2007 revised version. As a result, I found it was very different in every textbook. So I think that it is important select very carefully the textbook for teaching students. And that, it is more important that each teacher study the 7th Korean education curriculum(revised version) in 2007.
