조직의 비전 선언문에 대한 내용 구조 분석

이 논문은 한국의 조직에서 비전(vision)의 활용실태를 분석한 것이다. 연구대상은 조직의 비전선언서의 내용상 구성요소들인 우수성, 핵심가치, 미래성 그리고 공간성이다. 연구방법은 내용분석방법이며 비교분석을 병행하였다. 조사대상조직은 정부기관, 공공기관, 사기업(대기업과 중견기업) 그리고 대학조직을 포함한다. 2015년 현재 우리나라의 주요조직 321개를 대상으로 비전선언서의 유무와 내용상 구성요소를 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 비전선언서를 보유하거나 공개하는 조직은 총 257개로 전체 대비 80%를 차지하고 있어 대다수 조직들이 전략적 관리의 일환으로 비전을 활용하고 있다. 둘째, 비전의 구성요소로는 핵심가치(76%), 우수성(53%), 미래성(30%), 공간성(30%)의 순으로 보유하고 있어서 핵심가치와 우수성이 매우 중요한 구성 요소로 활용되고 있다. 셋째, 정부기관, 공공기관, 회사조직 그리고 대학조직 간에 비전의 존재유무, 구성요소간의 활용도에 있어서 상당한 차이를 보여주었다.
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyse how organizational visions are used in Republic of Korea really. The research subjects to analyse are about excellence, core value and orientation of future and space of vision statements. The research method is content analysis. The research objects are 321 organizations including government organizations, public bodies, universities and private companies in Korea, in 2015. The results of this research are: First, in the sphere of accessability, about 80% of vision statements are founded among all research objects. There are lots of differences according to organizational typology. Second, components of vision in numbers, are written core value(68%), excellence(53%), orientation of space(33%), orientation of future(31%). Third, they showed that there were differences in accessibility and a degree of use of vision statements between types of organization.
