본 연구는 미술관 정책을 목적으로 한 고찰과 현 상황 연구를 기반으로 등록절차와 현지조사 및 신청 요건 등을 본론을 통해 조사되어졌다. 미술관을 위한 행정 지원과 절차의 기초 연구로서 경기도 내의 미술관 박물관을 중심으로 현황과 등록 방식 및 현지조사 착안사항 등의 행정절차를 연구하였다. 도내 등록된 박물관과 자료관 미술관의 실태와 등록요건에 따른 분듀를 하고 등록에 따른 정부지원 사항을 조사 하였다. 인력에 관한 요건을 통해 미래 한국의 예술정책이 좀 더 세분화된 지원과 정책의 필요성을 지적하고 발전적 제도화의 선행적 연구로서 준비 되어져야 할 사항과 의미를 결론적으로 도출하였다.
Abstract
This research aims to consider that in order to promote art government policy, it is necessary to develop programs for Registered services which are adapted for the museum all the formalities necessary in order to get a licence. Also, it is discussed in this research how those processing programs could be applied properly in the future. we were researching numbers of museum and art museum in gung-gi do and how they estimated acture evaluation also curator certificate qualifications. As spacial as we were point out a spot filed survey for aim matter and registration qualification , hiring specifications for art museum in kyung-gi do in korea. As a result, we arrive at a conclusion that way of develop factor and qualification in future progress. Therefore, it is necessary to what distinguishes the specialized governments services at the museums from current policy is that the enhancement of national competitiveness.
