초록

This study discussed basic solutions to how to approach children’s ‘expression’. We tried to implement practical answers about what children should and can express through their bodies, and the results are as follows. First, in the case of children, it is expressed primarily through intuition, the essence of expression. Second, sensory receptors such as muscles, nerves, and vision, which are used when children try to move, pass that information to the brain. The intrinsic sense of acceptance that recognizes sensory acceptance is completed in the perception of the self. In this way, expression through intuition and self-expression completes practical expression through the following basic expression techniques. First, organic rhythms are the most desirable tools for training experience related to expression and embodying emotions. Second, the child perceives the symbolic elements of each organ of the body according to the level of practice of body language. Third, understanding the feelings and emotions a child feels on their own is the core principle of expression, and expression is completed by describing those emotions in their own interpretation.
