해외사례를 중심으로 본 전력산업 구조개편과 기후변화 대응과의 관계

연구는 기후변화와 전력산업 구조개편이 서로에게 미치는 양방향의 영향을 고찰해보는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 먼저, 전력산업 구조개편이 기후변화에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해서 구조개편이 전력부문 온실가스 배출량 증감에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 살펴본다. 또한 기후변화 대응이 전력산업 구조개편에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해서 신재생에너지발전원의 증대가 전력산업의 구조개편 추이에 어떠한 변화를 주는지 고찰하였다. 신재생에너지원의 증대와 관련되어 나타나는 EU의 최근 입법동향도 함께 관찰하였다.
Abstract
This work tries to observe effects of power sector restructuring on addressing climate change. Then we also observed the effects of measures for mitigating greenhouse gases, such as increasing renewable energy shares, on the power sector stability. The recent legislation processes of the European Union related to the increased share of renewable energy and power sector stabilization are also studied.
