Abstract

This paper investigates the impacts of prior foreign market analysis and of interaction with foreign market players and of exposure to foreign market particularity in foreign knowledge learning on Korean small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs). The aim of this study, i have developed and tested 8 different hypothesis. The AMOS-based structural model analysis of 219 Korean SMEs shows that prior foreign market analysis effects interaction with foreign market players, exposure to foreign market particularity and foreign knowledge learning. And interaction with foreign market players, exposure to foreign market particularity has positive impact to foreign knowledge learning on internationalizing Korean SME's. The key research finding implies that the prior foreign market analysis can be a key factor of knowledge learning on internationalizing SMEs.
