Abstract
Accuracy control, after analysis of results against measurable results, is to maintain and control the precision and accuracy within a permitted limit and to minimize the factors of error, not to bring up the error against test results. And accuracy control consists of intemal and extemal accuracy control. The former is one between in measurement and in examination. The latter is one which compares test results in examination rooms using the same or another different method in the many examination rooms. The purpose of accuracy control is to analyze and minimize the error factors of test system with information about precision and to boost the confidence of test as well as simply to do in accuracy control. This speaker, examined a minimum test sensitivity about ten kinds of test which executed at nuclear medicine from Seoul National University, verification the measurement value yielded from each company and utilize its reference value at this inspection room. Minimum test sensitivity generally represents the minimum antigen amount feasible and Berson & Yalow define the sensitivity as the incline of standard curve and measurement sensitivity increase with high inclination. Ekins and Rodbard considered the minimum test limit of the trust limit of non-marked antigen zero, concentration zero. I will introduce a general protocol to calculated the minimum test limit as follows.
