방사면역측정법에 의한 건강진단자의 anti-HCV 양성율에 관한 연구

Abstract

A Total of 25,294 sera(male 18,309, female 6,985) were collected from the medi-screeners, Gangbuk Samsung Hospital had been tested to detect for anti-HCV by RIA method during the period of Jun. 1, 1998 through May. 31, 1999. The results are as follows ; 1. 59 cases from 25,294 cases by RIA method proved to be anti-HCV positive showing 0.23%(36/18,309 cases, 0.2% in male and 23/6,985 cases, 0.33% in female). 2. The positive rate of anti-HCV in male by age group as follows ; the highest positive rate group was that of above 70 years of age group marking 2.08% and followed by 60-69 years of age group( 1.62%), 50-59 age group(0.77%) , 40-49 age group(0.16%), 30-39 age group (0.03%) was indicated the lowest rate of all. 3. The positive rate of anti-HCV in female by age group as follows ; the highest positive rate group was that of 60-69 years of age group marking 1.43% and followed by 50-59 age group(0.88%), 40-49 age group(0.14%), and 30-39 age group(0.13%) was indicated the lowest rate of all.
