백혈구 측정용 진단 시험지의 개발과 임상적 고찰

Abstract
The detection of leukocyte levels played an important role in indication of such medical informations as urogenital tract infection or other dysfunction. The test strip made of 0.5% borate buffer pH8.0, 0.03% 2-phenyl-4(N-tosyl-alanyloxyl)-thiazole[ PTT], 0.1 -0.8% PolyVinyl Pyrrolidone[PVP], and 1% decanol was tested for not only reactivity, stability, variation of the number of leukocytes in urine. The detectable responses were shown at the different number of leukocytes and clinical usefulness.
