HBsAg양성 헌혈자에서 HBeAg 및 anti-HBe 양성율 고찰

Abstract

The auther investigated HBeAg and anti-HBe in 1,000 cases(male 941,female 59) of HBsAg positive among the 225,51 blood donors in Seoul Nambu blood center in 1994. HBeAg and anti-HBe was detected by the method Enxyme Immunoassy. The results obtained were as follows; 1. HBeAg and anti-HBe positive rates were detected 498 cases (49.8%) and 447 cases (44.7%) respectively among 1,000 cases HBsAg positive blood donors. 2. In HBsAg positive carriers,HBeAg positive rates were not significantly different between anti-HBe positive rates.but in sex were siginficantly different between HBeAg positive rates and anti-HBe positive rates. 3. HBeAg positive 498 cases were analyzed with age and it was found precentages of positive rates were from 16th 19 63.8%,from 20 29 53.6%,from 30 to 39 21.2%,from 40 to 49 20.0% and age above 50 8.3% but anti-HBe positive 447 cases were from 1 to 19 32.8%,from 20 to 29 40.6%,from 30 to 39 69.7%,from 40 to 49 77.8% and age above 5091.7%. 4. HBeAg positive rate decreased stepwise with age,while anti-HBe positive rate increased stepwise with age. 5. The ALT level of 851(85.1%) of the total 1,000 cases were less then 45 IU/L(normal). When 397(46.6%) were found HBeAg positive,407(47.8%) were founf anti-HBe positive, 9(1.0%) were found both positive,38(4.5%) were found both negative.and 149(14.9%) were ALT level above 45 IU/L(abnormal),when 101(67.8%) were found HBeAg positive, 40(26.8%) were found anti-HBe positive,4(2.7%) were found respectively both positive and both negative.
