RIA 법에 의한 건진자의 HBsAg와 anti-Hbs의 양성율에 관한 연구

Abstract

A Total of 21,139 sera(male 16 ,388, female 4,751) collected from the medi-screeners had been tested to detect for HBsAg and anti - HBs by RIA method during the period of Jun. 1, 1996 through may. 31 , 1997. The results are as follows ; 1. 1,352 cases from 21 ,139 cases by RIA method proved to be HBsAg positive showing 6.4%(1,083/16 ,388 cases, 6.6% in male and 269/4,751 cases, 5.7% in female) and the HBsAg positive rate of male was 0.9% higher than the female. 2. The positive rate of HBsAg in male by age group as follows , the highest positive rate group was that of 30-39 years of age group marking 7.4% and folloed by 40-49 years of age group(6.3%) , 20-29 age group(6.2%), 50-59 age group(5.3%) , below 19 age group(3.6%) , and those over 60(3.2%) was indicated the lowest rate of all. 3. 13,7&5 cases from 21,139 cases by RIA method proved to be anti-HBs positive showing 5.2%(10,638/16,388 cases, 64.9% in male, and 3,147/4,751 cases, 66.2% in female) and the rate of female was 1.3% higher than the male. The positive rate of anti - HBs in male by the age group as follows ; the highest positive age group was that of 40-49 years of age group marking 67.0% and followed by 30-39 age group(65.0%), 50-59 age group(62.3% , over 60 age group(58.8%) and 20-29 age group(51.3%) was indicated the lowest rate of all.
