이인직 소설의 창작 배경 연구 - 도일 행적 및 <혈의누> 창작 관련 신자료 소개를 중심으로 -
A Study on the Background of Creation in Lee In Gik's novel, Focus on the Introduction of New Materials about His Activity in Japan and the Creation of 〈Hyul-e-nu(blood tears)〉

First, This essay introduces the new material about Lee In Gik's going over to Japan. The article of 「WhangSung-ShinMun」shows thqt he had been in Japan for 10 years and been changed from a private expense student studying abroad into official one in 1900. This means he could accept the advanced products of the modern Japanese culture especially involving the literature. Second, it introduces another new materials about〈Hyul-e-nu(blood tears)〉's creation. Chizka Resui who revised Lee In Gik's maiden work was on friendly terms with him, and was dispatched to Pyung-Yang as a reporter of 「Yubinhochi Shinmum」during The China-Japan War. He left behind the report of the war, and it is related to the contents of 〈Hyul-e-nu(blood tears)〉. Thus It can be said that Chizka Resui's exeperience and his report abot the war motivated creation of Lee In Gik's novel.
