The aim of this research is to confirm developmental character and consider high-school student's awareness level of strategy. This article makes an attempt to survey developmental character and high-school student's awareness level of strategy using the process-oriented writing strategy questionnaire. The result of analysis is following. First, the awareness on writing strategy was defined as medium level. Second, there was no grade defference of the awareness on writing strategy. The awareness on writing strategy did not develop in high-school years. Third, there was gender defference of the awareness on writing strategy. Especially, when writing, the girls' level of the strategy awareness were higher than boys' level.
