This paper aims to research the word types and its system of commercial name. The tradition ways of word formation is not enough to explain the commercial naming method in that it is a kind of artificial means to make a word. So this study attempt to rearrange the concept and domain of technical terms such as abbreviation, blend, acronym and word. And how list some syntactic structures which acts like a word at lexicon is also investigated. This study propose to divided the types of commercial word as a morphological word and a syntactic word. The morphological word is composed of a simple word and a complex word which is divided as a compound word, a derivative, a blend. The syntactic word is some syntactic structures which is used as a commercial name. And a abbreviation is found in a morphological word and a syntactic word as well.
