The aim of this paper is to investigate phonetic differences of the russian consonants between native and korean speakers. Also this study acoustically examines Korean speakers’ productions of russian consonants, and help how to educate the pronunciation for russian learners. As a result of the experiment, we can make the followings: (1) Korean speakers showed the clear distinction of value F2 when they pronounced soft consonants. (2) The native russian make often the affrication of the soft consonants / t '/, / d' /. However, bugining and intermedia learner of russian pronounce plosives, not affricates instead. (3) When russian learners pronunciate soft consonants, they should move the tongue place forward. Also they are educated to make affrication at the moment of pronunciation the dental sounds.
