중급 한국어 학습에서의 전자책 사용에 관한 실증적 탐색 연구

본 연구의 목적은 D대학교 한국어교육원에서 사용하고 있는 전자책을 분석한 후 이를 반영해 재학생 설문조사를 실시하여 만족도를 조사하고 교육적 함의를 제언하는 것이다. 이를 위해서 먼저 관련 문헌 검토를 통해 전자책 분석 기준을 도출하였고, 일련의 설문조사 문항을 개발하여 설문지의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하였다. 이 설문지를 사용하여 전자책을 사용하는 한국어 학습자를 대상으로 만족도 조사를 진행하였다. 전자책 분석 결과, 서책형 교재와 비교할 때 내적 구성과 외적 구성 모두 전자책이 학습자의 자기 주도성과 상호작용성 차원에서 효과적인 구성을 갖추고 있었다. 이러한 구성이 디지털 네이티브 세대로 통칭되는 MZ 세대 학습자에게 효과적이라고 판단하였다. 또한 만족도 분석 결과, 대부분의 학습자들이 수업의 효용성, 상호작용성, 자기주도성 등에 대해 긍정적으로 응답하였고, 전자책에 대한 인식도 좋은 편이었다. 마지막으로 이 결과를 토대로 자기주도성 고려, 상호작용성 확대, 멀티미디어 기능 활용, 선별적 기능 적용 등 네 가지 교육적 함의점을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 전급에서 전자책을 사용하는 한국어교육원에 재학 중인 학습자를 대상으로 전자책에 대한 만족도를 조사했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the e-book used at D University’s Korean Language Education Center, assess student satisfaction through a survey of enrolled learners, and propose educational implications. To this end, textbook analysis criteria were first derived through a review of relevant literature, and a set of survey questions was developed and statistically validated. Using this questionnaire, a satisfaction analysis was conducted with learners who are studying Korean using the e-book. The analysis of the e-book revealed that, compared to traditional printed textbooks, the e-book demonstrated a more effective structure in both internal and external aspects, particularly in terms of promoting learners’ self-directed learning and interactivity. Furthermore, the satisfaction analysis showed that most learners were satisfied with the effectiveness of the course, interactivity, and self-directed learning, and their perception of the e-book was highly positive. Based on these findings, four educational implications were proposed: consideration of self-directed learning, enhancement of interactivity, utilization of multimedia features, and selective application of specific functions.
