지방행정기관의 지식관리 유형과 성과에 관한 영향 분석 ―지방공무원의 행태 및 의식조사를 중심으로―

Abstract

This article is a study on the performance difference through knowledge management methods in local administration. To find this relationship between knowledge management and organizational performance, this paper analyses effects of knowledge management methods on performance of public organizations empirically. For the performance difference analysis, the knowledge management methods have classified two the property codification of tacit knowledge and personalization of explicit knowledge. The analysis methods have used Cluster and ANOV A analysis. The results showed that have different from performance through knowledge management methods, especially on the functions of organization. The knowledge management for organization performance has not achievement as unilateral methods and strategy, but we have recognized the cycle process of tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge. This article is proposed the diagnosis indicators of knowledge management in organization units and service unit levels and to design knowledge management strategy that match organizational circumstances.
