반두라는 도덕성의 본질과 기능에 대한 개념화를 인간 작인에 관한 이론인 사회인지 이론에 근거하여 설정하고 있다. 도덕적 작인의 작동은 억제적 측면과 주도적 측면에서 나타난다. 이러한 자기 규제 메커니즘에서 자아 효능감에 대한 신념이 가장 중요하다. 그러나 인간은 도덕적 자기 제재가 선택적으로 활성화됨으로 인해 도덕적 이탈이 발생한다. 따라서 본고에서는 반두라의 사회인지 이론을 중심으로 ‘도적적 이탈’을 억제하기 위한 도덕교육적 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다.
Abstract
A. Bandura established the conceptualization of the nature and function of morality based on social cognitive theory, a theory about human agency. The exercise of the moral agency appears in the inhibitive and proactive aspects. In this self-regulatory mechanism and belief about self-efficacy are paramount. However, moral disengagement occurs through self-sanction is selectively activated or disengaged from conduct. Therefore, in this paper, I tried to derive moral educational implications for suppressing 'moral disengagement', focusing on Bandura's social cognitive theory.
