반두라는 행위자가 상황에 따라 도덕적 자기 규제를 선택적으로 해제함으로써 비도덕적인 행동을 한다고 주장했다. 본 연구는 행위자가 도덕적인 인간이 되기 위해 노력하지 않아 비도덕적인 행동을 하게 된다고 보는 소크라테스와 아리스토텔레스의 이론에 의문을 제기하면서 비도덕적인 행동을 유형화하고 각 유형의 원인, 양상, 그리고 교정 방안을 제시하고자 실시되었다. 이를 위해 비도덕적인 행동에 대한 덕 윤리 관점을 정리 및 구체화하고 반두라의 도덕적 이탈 메커니즘을 분석했다. 그 후 이들 관점을 비교ㆍ분석하여 비도덕적인 행동을 유형화했다. 마지막으로 유형별로 왜 비도덕적인 행동이 발생하고, 어떻게 비도덕적인 행동이 이루어지며, 비도덕적인 행동을 어떻게 교정할 수 있는지를 제시했다. 본 연구는 학생들이 일상생활에서 행하는 비도덕적인 행동에 대한 체계적인 지도 방안을 제시했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
Abstract
Bandura argued that moral disengagement occurs when the actor selectively disengaged moral self-regulation depending on the situation. This study was conducted to categorize immoral behavior and present the causes, patterns, and corrective measures of each type while questioning the theories of Socrates and Aristotle, who viewed immoral behavior as a result of not making an effort to become a moral human. To this end, the virtue ethics’s perspective on immoral behavior was organized and embodied, and Bandura's mechanisms of moral disengagement was analyzed. After that, these perspectives were compared and analyzed to categorize immoral behavior. Finally, it was suggested why immoral behavior occurs, how immoral behavior occurs, and how moral behavior can be corrected for each type. This study is significant in that it suggested a way to systematically guide students' immoral behavior in their daily routine.
