초록
애니메이션은 디지털 기술의 발전으로 형식이나 도구의 사용이 다양하게 변화했다. 컴퓨터에 의해 제작되는 애니메이션은 다양한 애니메이션 제작 도구 중 하나이며, 전통적인 애니메이션에 사용 되었던 제작 과정을 디지털 정보로 변환하여 그 영역을 확장, 통합 시키고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 다양한 애니메이션 가운데 컴퓨터 기술의 집약으로 이루어지고 있는 디지털 애니메이션과 웹 애니메이션, 실사영화 속 애니메이션을 살펴보고. 각각의 특징 및 제작과정은 어떻게 이루어지고 있는지를 고찰 하고자 한다. 이러한 연구는 발전하고 있는 애니메이션 제작의 현 단계를 일정한 개념에 의해 정리함으로써 향후 우리 애니메이션계의 발전 방향을 모색하는 계기가 되고자 한다.
Abstract
Animation has been changed in its types and in use of tools with the development of digital technology. Computer Animation is one of the various kinds of animation making methods, expanding and integrating its territory by transferring traditional producing process into digital information. In this regard, the study takes a close look at digital animation, web animation, and animation in motion pictures, which are produced by intensive computer technology, among many kinds of animation. Also, the study examines characteristics of each type animation and its producing process. Such study will serve as an opportunity to find directions for the development of our animation industry by organizing the present stage of animation production in accordance with certain concepts.
