본 연구는 특수학교 음악과 수업을 위한 교수전략을 선정하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 장애학 생에게 효과적인 구조화 음악 교수 프로그램의 구성요소 중 절차적 지원은 과학적으로 효과 가 입증된 교수방법인 증거기반실행(Evidence-Based Practice; EBP)을 적용하여야 한다. 이를 위 하여 음악수업에 적용할 수 있는 EBP 전략을 판별하고자 특수교육 및 음악교육 전문가를 선 정하여 델파이 조사를 실시하고, 선정된 EBP 전략을 바탕으로 특수학교 음악수업에 적용하기 위한 전략의 예시를 제시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특수학교 음악 수업을 위한 증거기반 실행전략 19개가 선정되었으며 그 중 타당도가 높은 전략은 ‘직접교수(DI)’이다. 둘 째, 합의된 19개의 전략 중 타당도가 상대적으로 낮게 나타난 것은‘기술중심중재(TAII)’이다. 셋째, 단일 전략이 아닌 장애 유형 및 학생특성에 따라 19개의 증거기반실행 전략을 유연하 게 적용할 수 있다. 넷째, 선정된 증거기반 실행 전략을 적용하며 음악수업을 위한 예시를 개 발하였다. 이를 통해 장애학생의 교육적 요구에 부응하는 전문적인 음악 교과 지도 및 음악 수업 개선의 기초를 마련하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to select effective teaching strategies for music instruction in special schools. Among the components of a structured and effective music instruction program for students with disabilities, procedural support should incorporate Evidence-Based Practices (EBPs)— scientifically validated instructional methods. To identify EBPs applicable to music classes, a Delphi survey was conducted with experts in special education and music education. Based on the strategies identified through the Delphi process, examples of how to apply these EBPs in music classes in special schools were developed. The results of the study are as follows: First, 19 evidence-based implementation strategies for music instruction in special schools were identified, with ‘Direct Instruction (DI)’ showing the highest level of validity. Second, among the agreed strategies, ‘Technology-Aided Instruction and Intervention (TAII)’ was evaluated as having relatively lower validity. Third, rather than applying a single strategy uniformly, the 19 EBP strategies can be flexibly adapted based on the type of disability and individual characteristics of students. Fourth, based on the selected EBP strategies, a set of practical examples for music instruction was developed. Through this study, a foundation was established for professional music curriculum guidance and the improvement of music instruction that meets the educational needs of students with disabilities.
