The objective of this paper is to suggest the promotion of financial check system in the Local Government. This paper analyzed on the actual condition of the fiscal check system in the local governments. Finally, this paper is to suggest the reform of fiscal check system among the local government employees, local councilor, citizens in the local governments for the promotion of financial responsibility.
