연구 목적: 이 연구는 Demerouti & Nachreiner(1998)가 개발한 올덴버그소진척도(Oldenburg Burnout Inventory)의 한국판(K-OLBI) 타당화를 위해 수행되었다. 연구 방법: 원척도 번안과정을 거쳐 강원도 내 사회복지사 216명을 대상으로 2019년 12월부터 2020년 1월까지 구조화된 설문조사를 실시하여 연구를 수행하였다. 연구 내용: 연구결과 K-OLBI척도의 신뢰도는 매우 높게 나타났으며(Cronbach’s α=.89), 탐색적 및 확인적 요인분석을 통해 탈진(α=.84)과 무관심(α=.82)의 2요인이 확인되었다. 수렴타당도와 판별타당도는 K-OLBI척도와 MBI척도 및 조직몰입 간의 상관분석을 통해 확인하였고, 준거타당도는 소진(K-OLBI)이 이직의사에 미치는 영향을 회귀분석하여 확인하였다. 결론 및 제언: 한국판 올덴버그척도(K-OLBI)의 신뢰도와 타당도는 원척도와 동일하게 검정되었고, 후속연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.
Abstract
This research extended the findings on the Oldenburg Burnout Inventory (OLBI) by Demerouti & Nachreiner (1998) to a South Korea sample. To approve the purpose of this research, data were collected from 216 social workers in Kangwon-do from December 2019 to January 2020. The inter-item reliability of K-OLBI was high (Cronbach’s α=.89). In addition, Two factors (exhaustion and disengagement) were identified by exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. The correlation among K-OLBI, MBI, and organizational commitment appeared to be appropriate, which support convergent and discriminant validity. Criterion-related validity was identified by multi-regression on the effects to turnover intention. Reliability and validity of K-OLBI was approved in the same way as the original scale, and the suggestions for further studies were provided.
