연구 목적: 가정어린이집 원장의 배경에 따른 직무수행효능감, 직무열의, 창의적 역할수행의 차이와 직무수행효능감과 직무열의가 창의적 역할수행에 미치는 영향을 분석함을 목적으로 한다. 연구 방법: 서울과 전라도지역의 가정어린이집 원장 342명을 대상으로 질문지를 이용한 조사를 실시하였다. 연구 내용: 분석된 결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 가정어린이집 원장의 직무수행효능감과 직무열의, 창의적 역할수행은 학력, 경력, 이직의도에 따라 집단 간 차이가 있었다. 원장의 학력과 경력이 높은 집단과 이직의도가 없는 집단이 각 요인의 점수가 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 가정어린이집 원장의 창의적 역할수행에 영향을 주는 영향력은 직무열의, 수업수행효능감, 행정 및 역량강화 효능감 순으로 예측되었다. 결론 및 제언: 이에 본 연구는 전문적이고 효율적인 역할수행능력을 배양하는데 도움이 되는 기초자료를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the differences in job performance efficacy, job enthusiasm, and creative role performance according to the background of home daycare directors, and the effect of job performance efficacy and job enthusiasm on creative role performance. A survey was conducted using a questionnaire targeting 342 directors of home daycare centers in Seoul and Jeolla-do. As for the analyzed results, first, there were differences among the groups in the job performance efficacy, job enthusiasm, and creative role performance of home daycare directors according to their educational background, career, and turnover intention. The group with high education and experience of the director and the group without intention to turnover showed high scores for each factor. Second, the impact on the creative role performance of the head of a home daycare center was predicted in the order of job enthusiasm, class performance efficacy, and administrative and capacity building efficacy. Therefore, this study will be able to provide basic data to help cultivate professional and efficient role performance skills.
